We are looking for enthusiastic physiotherapists to join our rotational programme, designed to help you to grow into confident, skilled clinician.



What we offer:



Rotations across core specialities, including MSK outpatients, acute teams, community and BDCT Mental Health Team.



Supportive preceptorship programme, dedicated supervision from experienced physiotherapists



Access to regular CPD and in service training, opportunities to develop wider professional skills.



Rotation peer support group



Monthly on call training and support to develop confidence and competence to take part in on call rota.



What we are looking for:



HCPC registration, or about to graduate



A passion for delivering patient centred care and promoting independence



Strong communication and teamwork skills



A willingness to learn, adapt and make the most of every rotation.

Job Summary



To prioritise, plan and deliver clinical case work within the rotational physiotherapy areas with support of a senior therapist. To apply evidence based, knowledge and skills to the clinical area To work in partnership with patients, carers, the MDT, and wider statutory, private and voluntary sector services. To work with team members to ensure the effective functioning of the team To participate in quality improvements to improve the clinical area Contribute to student training and development To undertake "On Call" work following training and competence assessment, and to join the On Call rota
