We're now looking for a

reliable and experienced Route Delivery Driver

to join our Winchester team.

The Role

As a Route Delivery Driver, you'll play a vital role in our operations, ensuring goods are delivered safely, on time, and with care.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver John Deere parts along designated routes. Operate primarily a

3.5t Van

, with occasional use of a

7.5t Lorry

(depending on consignments). Load and unload goods, including large or awkward items, using a

tail-lift and pallet truck

. Uphold company values of

reliability, responsibility, and teamwork

. Problem-solve and work independently when required.

Shift Schedule

Two rotating routes:

Hampshire/Dorset:

- 7 hrs driving, 8.5 hrs with duty time included.

Kent/Sussex:

- 8.5 hrs driving, 9 hrs with duty time included. Shifts run from

early Tuesday morning

through to

Saturday morning

.

(12:00-12:30 AM starts)

Seasonal weekend work (May-Oct)

required on a rota basis.

Requirements

Valid

UK driver's licence

with at least

2 years driving experience

. Minimum

2 years delivery driver experience

.

Valid CPC card

. Strong time-management and reliability. Ability to work methodically, independently, and as part of a team. Flexibility to adapt to route variations.
