We're looking for a dedicated and motivated Transport Planner to join our busy logistics team. If you thrive under pressure, enjoy solving problems, and want to be part of a fast-paced operation - we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and optimise daily delivery routes using specialist software Oversee the night truckers to ensure any operational issues are managed being proactive not reactive Respond quickly to operational challenges and changes Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse, and customer service teams Ensure legal compliance and support driver performance Work collaboratively to achieve service and cost targets

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a transport planning or logistics environment Paragon routing software experience An HGV licence is advantageous - offering valuable real-world insight Strong UK geographical knowledge and a hands-on approach Must be flexible - shift patterns may vary depending on business needs Calm, solution-focused mindset with great attention to detail
