Make your mark as ROV Asset Coordinator for Boskalis Subsea Services in Aberdeen. You will be responsible for overseeing the inventory, maintenance, and certification of all ROV assets and equipment used in offshore operations. The role involves coordinating with offshore and onshore teams, and ensuring that all assets are in optimal working condition, calibrated and in fully certified for offshore projects. You will play a vital role in ensuring the availability, readiness, and proper allocation of ROV equipment.

Your responsibilities as ROV Asset Coordinator (Onshore):




The main responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

Maintain and manage the full inventory of ROV assets, including ROV vehicles, tooling, launch and recovery systems (LARS), and associated subsea equipment. Ensure that all equipment is properly stored, tracked, and available for deployment. Oversee the scheduling of routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs of all ROV equipment. Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and client requirements. Coordinate the transportation, mobilization, and demobilization of ROV assets to and from offshore sites. Ensure that assets are delivered on time and meet operational requirements. Maintain accurate records of asset condition, maintenance, and repairs. Produce and submit regular reports on asset availability and certification status. Ensure that all ROV assets and parts are inventoried correctly, tracked using asset management software, and stored according to best practices. Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy. Ensure that all ROV assets meet health, safety, and environmental regulations. Work closely with the safety and compliance teams to implement safe operating practices. Assist the ROV Technical Support Engineers with their day to day management of the ROV systems.

You can make your mark as ROV Asset Coordinator (Onshore) if you have:

2+ years' experience working in an ROV, subsea tooling, or offshore asset coordination environment. HNC (or equivalent) in electrical, mechanical, or marine engineering discipline. Equivalent relevant industry experience may also be considered. Experience with ROV brands such as Saab Seaeye, Kystdesign, and/or associated LARS/tooling equipment used in offshore operations. Understanding of ROV systems, LARS, and tooling functions. Familiarity with asset tracking systems and knowledge of maintenance schedules, spares, and consumables associated with ROVs. Knowledge of industry standards (e.g., IMCA, API, ISO).

Your team: working as part of the Remote Technology Group, you will join a team of experienced professionals reporting directly to the ROV Manager and indirectly to the ROV Technical Support Engineer. Where you will work: Your location will be the Aberdeen office. Full/part- time job: The position of ROV Asset Coordinatoris full time, 35 hours per week.
