ROV Tooling Technician
Accord People are seeking a skilled
ROV Tooling Technician
for one of our Aberdeen-based clients to support the operation, maintenance, and repair of subsea tooling equipment. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company serving the offshore, subsea, and renewable energy sectors.Key Responsibilities
Test, maintain, and prepare ROV tooling for rental and sale Assemble, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic and electrical systems Ensure equipment meets safety and operational standards Maintain accurate service records Assist with inventory and procurement Adapt tooling to meet customer requirements
Qualifications
Technical diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, or marine engineering (or equivalent experience) Experience with ROV operations or subsea tooling preferred Strong knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems Proficient in English, both spoken and written
Personal Attributes
Strong technical understanding and attention to detail Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Good planning, communication, and teamwork skills
