Due to a number of internal promotions and growth of the business, we are looking for a Roving Head Chef, ideally based in the north London area to support our existing pubs in and around the north M25. This is an ideal opportunity for a Junior Head Chef looking to gain experience and start their career at Brunning and Price.

About you...

Previous experience in catering and hospitality in a gastro pub, restaurant or hotel at sous or senior sous chef level is essential, as well as a positive and flexible attitude. In this role you\xe2\x80\x99ll be covering holidays, involved in new openings or could be deputising for a Head Chef. You\xe2\x80\x99ll help support with running the kitchen, driving the food culture and keeping your team and our customers engaged with exciting new dishes. You will need a driving license for this role as travel is involved.
