About this Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated rowing coaches at all experience levels to join our coaching team. Whether you are developing your skills or already have advanced coaching experience, we have roles that fit your expertise. The position will initially run for the Spring term (January to April), with potential for extension based on experience and performance.


Successful candidates will bring a strong passion for rowing, either as a coach or athlete, and the drive to contribute effectively to a high-quality training program. Our school takes pride in its rich rowing tradition, motivated pupils, excellent facilities, and an ambitious coaching team aiming for excellence.
