Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an additional member of the finance team to help and support across all areas of the client accounting function.

The successful candidate must demonstrate the following:



A minimum of one year experience in finance or royalties Be logical and organised with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Have a methodical, systematic approach Have good Excel skills Have strong written and verbal communication skills Take a collaborative, team-focused approach Ability to work effectively under time pressure and manage conflicting priorities Knowledge of Bradbury Phillips royalty software desirable, but not essential.

Core responsibilities will include:



Checking, processing, filing incoming royalties and statements Helping to identify incoming monies Logging royalty statements onto Bradbury Phillips Querying and resolution of publisher accounting errors Chasing overdue royalty statements and/or monies Sending out co-agent payment advices together with matching royalty statements Ad-hoc duties as and when requested

Pay: 28,000.00-32,000.00 per year
