We are seeking an experienced and confident RTA Fee Earner / Litigator to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will handle a caseload of RTA claims (both litigated and non-litigated) from inception to conclusion. This role requires strong technical knowledge, litigation experience, and the ability to confidently manage cases both on and off the portal.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Fee Earner with 4-5 years' experience in RTA claims, or a newly qualified solicitor with 2-3 years' experience, to progress their career within a supportive and dynamic firm.

Key Responsibilities

Managing a caseload of RTA claims, including litigated matters. Handling claims through the OIC and MOJ portals. Preparing and issuing court proceedings. Conducting all aspects of litigation, including case preparation, drafting, and negotiation. Maintaining proactive and regular communication with clients. Instructing medical experts, valuing claims, and achieving settlements. Ensuring compliance with CPR, Pre-Action Protocols, and internal procedures. Meeting performance targets and contributing to the team's success.
Qualifications and Skills

4-5 years' experience handling RTA claims, or newly qualified solicitor with 2-3 years' relevant experience. Proven experience in litigation and managing files independently. Strong understanding of OIC and MOJ portals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Highly organised with strong time management skills. Proactive, target-driven, and motivated.
