WestParc Law have an opening for a RTA File Handler to join our team.
We're looking for a self-driven, professional, and ambitious individual who is able to work as part of a team and on their own initiative. The ideal candidate must possess great interpersonal skills with a key focus on delivering great customer service; every customer, every time. A dedicated and detail orientated individual. The ideal candidate must be able to work and manage a case load of pre-litigation personal injury and credit hire files along with litigation experience. We will consider candidates without litigation experience for this role as full training will be given for the right candidate. Must have experience in dealing with RTA OIC, MOJ cases and cases that go in to investigation.
The vacancy is available to experienced paralegals/File handlers with a proven record of managing a case load RTA files.

Key Tasks
Responsibilities
Efficiently handle case loads and process products, ensuring accuracy and quality at all times.
Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.
Perform data entry tasks related to specific cases, and keeping all files up to date.
Analyse product flow and identify areas for improvement in handling processes.
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries and upselling where appropriate.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Utilise phone etiquette when communicating with clients or suppliers over the phone.
Qualifications
Proficiency in English is required.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.
Experience in data entry or administrative tasks is advantageous.
Ability to analyse processes and suggest improvements for efficiency.
Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial.
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
