The Role

We are seeking a confident and motivated RTA Solicitor to manage a caseload of litigated road traffic accident claims. You will be responsible for progressing files efficiently, providing first-class client service, and achieving strong outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a caseload of RTA files from instruction to settlement Drafting court documents, witness statements, and instructions to counsel Negotiating settlements with third parties and insurers Ensuring compliance with deadlines, procedural rules, and firm policies Providing clear, supportive communication to clients throughout their claim Working proactively to meet performance targets and service standards

Skills & Experience:

Qualified Solicitor Experience handling RTA cases (litigated or portal experience essential) Strong knowledge of the CPR, PI pre-action protocols, and case law Excellent negotiation, communication, and organisational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to client care
