Hours of work:
40 hours per week -Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 17:00 and Friday 08:00 to 14:00
Salary: 12.50 (DOE)

Job Overview
Working in a team environment you will work on a range of products. You will need to read and understand lay-up drawings and use your finishing and fairing skills to complete projects from the mould to a high-gloss finished product. You will also be required to perform QA inspection of the goods presented using visual inspections and measuring tools to confirm the dimensions.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Setting up spray guns for coating applications.
Setting up injection moulding machines.
Applying and removing tape on moulds to specific standards.
Dressing moulds and cutting to specified dimensions.
Putting lids on to the correct mould, in line with quality standards.
Fitting pipe valves as required.
Ability to work as part of a team that is working toward continuous improvements.
Be familiar with the company's Health and Safety Policies and in particular with your responsibilities.
Comply with all relevant internal rules, policies and procedures, included in the company handbook.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Experience in handling chemical resins, gels, catalysts and mould cleaning products.
Adhere to standards of hygiene and safety established by respective authorities.
Ability to follow Safe System of work and company policies when using chemicals.
Experience working with GRP, composites, or similar materials is preferred.
To be able to understand metric tape measures confidently.
Ability to read and understand detailed engineering drawings (beneficial)
Wear relevant and necessary protective gear, such as protective goggles or other eye protection, air-fed / respiratory equipment, overalls, safety gloves.
Use hand tools or power tools.
Effective communication includes speaking, writing, active listening and taking instructions.
Ability to prioritise and organise workload in order to meet deadlines.
Good understanding of Health and Safety.
Excellent work ethic and team player.
Excellent timekeeping and attendance.
Flexible approach to working additional hours when required.
