SuperByte is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic

Ruby on Rails Developer

What you will be doing?

You'll play an integral part in all stages of the development lifecycle, working closely with other developers and stakeholders to design, build, and improve our software products. Responsibilities include:

Participating in product planning, requirements gathering, and architecture discussions Developing new features and enhancing existing functionality Reviewing code and providing feedback to your teammates Helping refine team processes through regular retrospectives Continuously developing your technical and collaborative skills

What we're Looking for

We're after someone who either knows - or is eager to learn - the following:

Strong grasp of software engineering principles

Proficiency in Ruby on Rails (or a willingness to learn quickly)

Experience or interest in full-stack web development

Understanding of relational and NoSQL databases

Familiarity with Agile methodologies (TDD, pair programming, etc.)

Pragmatic, problem-solving mindset

Requirements

Experience of Ruby on Rails (2 years preferred)

Must be able to commute to our Shrewsbury office when required/for in office days per week
