Rugby Coach - Primary Schools & Nurseries

Location: Various schools and nurseries across Gloucestershire

Hours: Part-time / Full-time (flexible shifts available)

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

About the Role

Do you love rugby and want to inspire the next generation of players? We're looking for

enthusiastic and motivated Rugby Coaches to join our growing team. You'll be working in

primary schools and nurseries, delivering exciting PE lessons and after-school clubs that get

children active, engaged, and having fun!

What You'll Be Doing

? Planning & Delivering Sessions - Create and lead fun, engaging rugby sessions tailored

to different age groups and abilities.

? PE & Club Delivery - Teach PE lessons, lunchtime activities, and after-school clubs with

energy and enthusiasm.

? Inspiring Young Players - Build confidence, teamwork, and a love for sport in every child.

? Equipment & Resources Provided - We'll supply everything you need to succeed,

including kit, training, and ongoing support.

? Child-Centred Approach - Ensure sessions are safe, inclusive, and enjoyable for all

children.

What We're Looking For

You don't need to be a professional player to apply - what matters most is your passion for rugby

and inspiring children!

? Enthusiastic and reliable, with a love for working with children

? Confident communicator and motivator

? Organised, proactive, and able to adapt sessions to different groups

? Experience working with children (desirable but not essential)

? Rugby coaching or teaching qualifications are a bonus, but full training will be provided
