, is delighted to represent a local rugby club and is seeking two enthusiastic and experienced Head Coaches for the 2025/26 season. These roles offer an exciting opportunity to help shape and develop rugby talent within a well-supported and ambitious community club.Key Responsibilities:
Plan and lead
weekly coaching sessions
Deliver high-quality, age-appropriate training Support team performance onmatch days
Promote player development, engagement, and team cohesion Work closely with club volunteers and support staffRequirements:
England Rugby Coaching Award (or equivalent) Enhanced
DBS check
Experience coaching at club, school, or academy level (preferred) Strong communication and leadership skills A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive rugby environmentWhat We Offer:
