The Role




Our Rules/Governance department currently seeks to recruit a Rules Resources Executive on a fixed term basis for 12 months (maternity cover) to use expertise and collaborating with relevant stakeholders, to assist the Assistant Director with overseeing the planning and delivery of projects relating to the Rules of Golf in the areas of Rules education and digital platforms in line with departmental schedules.


This is a full-time, 12 month fixed-term contract (Maternity Leave), working 35 hours per week, typically Monday - Friday.


This role will be based in St Andrews, with hybrid working in line with company guidelines.


Interviews will be held mid-November.

Who We Are Looking For




The ideal candidate will have the following experience and attributes:


HNC/D qualification, or equivalent, or equivalent level of related work experience. Some knowledge and understanding of, and the application of, digital systems e.g. content management systems/project management tools/learning management systems/other web-based systems. Experience working with internal and external stakeholders. Excel experience with the ability to track and analyse data in Excel.
