Come work at Matsudai Ramen!

We're looking for one more amazing person to join the Front of House team as a runner at our Grangetown restaurant. We have lots of fun looking after hundreds of people each week at our 44-seat ramen shop. You'll be working with a small, dedicated team and highly involved in making Matsudai Ramen a great place to be.

You'll need great taste, a willingness to learn (all the geeky precision of ramen) and enthusiasm for what we do at Matsudai. You'll be able to work with urgency and initiative in a fast-paced, supportive environment with a focus on high standards and customer experience. You'll start as a food runner with a view to be trained on bar and as a server, becoming an asset for our small, flexible team.

Our staff earn a base rate of 10 (under 21) / 12.21 (21+) / hour plus healthy tips.
You'll need to be 18 or older to fulfil this role.

Hospitality experience preferred but not essential.
