As we continue to grow our portfolio of high-quality serviced apartments, hotels, long-lets and rural retreats we also look towards our future growth throughout Scotland and maintaining the best possible service to both Guests and Clients.
Purpose of the role
To support the Operations team and ensure guests have the best possible experience, and
our property portfolio operates smoothly. This role is predominately based out and about
across our portfolio throughout central Edinburgh.
This is a part-time fixed-term contract position for the summer months: June to September
Key Responsibilities
Working with the Operations Coordinators to ensure properties are ready for guests
Carrying out property inspections
Conducting meet and greets and coordinating guest check ins/outs
Completing small maintenance tasks
Other adhoc work throughout the Edinburgh operation as required
Required skills and or qualifications
Team player with a good attitude
Be warm, sociable, well-presented and energetic: guests love meeting someone like you with a bit of personality!
Excellent communicator and speak fluent English, additional languages are a welcome bonus
Problem solver with minimal supervision who can solve tricky situations with an eagle eye for detail and a can-do attitude. Some things may not go as planned and we need someone who can think on their feet
Knows Edinburgh well and is passionate about providing a great hospitality experience to all our guests
Comfortable working within our office and independently in properties across Edinburgh
Be team player as you will be closely working with our main office
Compensation
GBP 12,21 gross per hour, 16 hours per week
33 days full time equivalent annual leave including Bank Holidays
