Responsibilities

Deliver food and beverages promptly to guests, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. Assist in meal preparation and kitchen duties as needed, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and communication regarding orders. Provide excellent guest services, responding to inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas, including dining spaces and kitchen environments. Support barista functions by preparing coffee and other beverages when required. Uphold health and safety regulations while handling food items.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills is advantageous. Experience as a delivery driver or in guest services will be considered beneficial. Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette are essential for effective interaction with guests and team members. Familiarity with food safety practices is highly desirable. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and willingness to learn are key attributes for success in this role.
