, with management experience to help organise and run the store alongside the Store Manager. Your job will be highly important in ensuring the store meets its Sales Targets as well as maintaining efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Manager responsibilities include driving the sales element of the store, delivering a high standard of customer service, and developing a business strategy alongside the Store Manager to sustain and grow the store's performance and KPIs.
Our ideal candidate will have Retail Management skills with a sharp business mindset and a love of sports especially RUNNING . You should be Sales driven, skilled at organising and solving problems. Interpersonal and mediation skills will also be very useful, since you'll often be acting as a liaison between managers, employees and customers.
Responsibilities
Supervise and motivate staff to achieve sales targets
Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
Monitor and maintain store inventory
Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments)
Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs
Analyse consumer behaviour and adjust product positioning
Handle enquiries and any complaints from customers
Conduct regular audits to ensure the store is functionable and presentable
Make sure all employees adhere to company's policies and guidelines
Act as our store's representative and set an example for our staff
Requirements
Proven experience as a Retail Manager or similar position
Familiarity with sales and customer service principles
Leadership and organisational abilities
Interpersonal and communication skills
Problem-solving attitude
MUST POSSESS A GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF RUNNING
MUST HAVE AT LEAST ONE YEARS RETAIL MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE.
Good rate of pay for the successful candidate depending on experience and performance bonuses. Staff perks also included and pension.
