RURAL CHARTERED SURVEYOR (All Levels)

is a highly experienced and multi-disciplined chartered surveying firm providing a comprehensive range of professional rural property services throughout the North and Northeast Scotland. As part of the ANM Group, ANE boasts an extensive and diverse portfolio of work, spanning rural property sales, red book valuations, utilities & compensation claims, agricultural landlord & tenant matters and all aspects of rural surveying.

To support our increasing presence and range of work, we are looking to appoint a new member to our team with a primary focus on rural valuation work and sales but with involvement in all aspects of rural consultancy. The successful candidate will be an experienced and fully qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a RICS Registered Valuer. A fellow/member of CAAV and/or post qualified experience would be desirable.

We are looking for new team members with the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines, work proactively and communicate effectively at all levels. The successful candidate will commit to delivering market leading first-class service to clients, seek to develop relationships and be encouraged and supported in achieving business growth through an active approach to business development.
