We are looking to recruit a paralegal to work in our Rural Land Department based in our city centre office in Inverness . As an award-winning legal firm with around 60 people, we are seeking applicants with excellent organisational and communication skills, a good work ethic, the ability to function well under pressure and prioritise workloads accordingly. The successful candidate will be dealing with a full range of rural land matters including the sale and purchase of rural property, crofting law and will involve a good level of client contact.
A knowledge of rural land or residential conveyancing would be advantageous but is not necessary as full training and support will be given and the position may suit an experienced legal secretary looking to develop a career as a paralegal.
The successful applicant will have good keyboard skills and be self-motivated to progress transactions within their expertise.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
