Rural Surveyor - Monmouthshire (Full-time or Part-time)

We are seeking an experienced and qualified

Rural Surveyor

to join our Monmouthshire team, working flexibly across our

Magor and Monmouth

offices.

Knowledge and experience in a combination of the below:

Sale of farms, land, and rural property Machinery and Collective Sales Compensation and utilities work Rural planning and development Valuations Rural tenancy matters Advice on rural support schemes and subsidy applications

Candidate profile:

MRICS and FAAV qualified, with a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience Strong technical competence across core areas of rural surveying Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and property-related software systems Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
