Trained on live user interactions, Albatross learns and reasons on the fly. Our technology powers real-time, in-session discovery by adapting to evolving user interests, in real-time. We have raised significant funding and our platform already operates at scale, with billions of events being processed and hundreds of millions of predictions served.

The Role

This position offers high autonomy and involvement in new, partially greenfield projects within a fast-evolving environment. More specifically:

Design and build robust, scalable systems using Rust. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, performant software. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code aligned with Rust best practices. Use quantitative analysis and benchmarking to guide architectural and performance decisions. Contribute to system architecture and long-term technical strategy. Participate in code reviews, mentor peers, and foster a culture of engineering excellence. Stay up to date with the Rust ecosystem and emerging technologies.

Requirements

Proficiency in Rust programming language and its ecosystem Understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases Strong analytical, debugging and problem solving skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience Strong communication skills in English. Bonus points for exposure to infrastructure, UI/UX, or data science.
