Role Overview

We are seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) with several years of clinical experience and a strong interest in the commercial side of the veterinary industry. This role is ideal for an RVN who wishes to remain in the veterinary profession but outside of day-to-day clinical practice.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with veterinary clinic owners and managers to demonstrate the value of ViggoVet's operative system. You will use your clinical expertise and industry knowledge to build trust, nurture relationships and help practices make the switch to ViggoVet.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify, engage and develop relationships with veterinary clinic owners and managers Present ViggoVet's operative system through online demos and discussions Understand client needs and translate them into tailored solutions Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation through to onboarding Attend key veterinary events such as the London Vet Show to represent ViggoVet Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to share industry insights Maintain accurate CRM records and report progress regularly

Requirements

Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) with at least 3-5 years of experience Strong knowledge of the veterinary industry, workflows and challenges Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Previous experience in sales, account management or business development is desirable but not essential Comfortable with remote working and technology such as CRM systems, video calls and digital presentations A proactive, self-motivated and results-driven mindset
