The Opportunity:
As the Rx Pod Lead, you will play a pivotal role within Astellas' Digital Health division, guiding the strategic growth and operational execution of multiple value teams under the HealthX hub. As a core member of the HealthX management team, you champion innovation, foster collaboration, and drive digital product excellence in alignment with enterprise-level digital health objectives.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and oversee multiple value teams within the Rx Pod, ensuring alignment with HealthX and enterprise strategies.
• Define product strategies, roadmaps, and objectives to deliver high-impact digital health products.
• Partner with strategic brand and early asset teams to integrate digital opportunities into brand plans.
• Support development of the Digital Health playbook and contribute to Digital Product Management best practices.
• Foster a high-performing team culture focused on innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

• Experience in guiding and supporting value team captains, ensuring smooth backlog management, sprint execution, and goal delivery.
• Knowledge of Digital Product management methodologies enabling leadership of the full project lifecycle.
• Experience with Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) and mobile health app development.
• Strong leadership, management, communication, collaboration, organization, judgement, and interpersonal skills for working with diverse global teams, functions, stakeholders, and senior leadership.

Preferred Experience:

• Strong understanding of healthcare systems, digital trends, and clinical workflows.
• In-depth experience and use of agile project management methodology and tools.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Additional information:

• This is a permanent, full-time position.
• This position follows our hybrid working model. Role requires a blend of home and a minimum of 1 day per quarter in our Addlestone office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
• Occasional travel may be required for collaboration with external partners or attendance at scientific meetings.
