Our Quality Chapter plays a key role in making sure we deliver value in the right way. With over 60 quality advocates (QAs) embedded across 20+ crews and 6 domains, we focus on building quality in from the start--not just testing at the end.

As a S4/H Quality Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of the S/4 HANA migration. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the testing activities while ensuring adherence to industry and Dunelm best practices. Your expertise in SAP testing methodologies and your strong leadership skills will be instrumental in achieving the project's objectives. The successful candidate may have previous been in roles such as SAP Test Manager or S4/H or SAP Test technical specialists.

Essential Skills

Hands-on experience with successful SAP S/4HANA migration programs.
Proven track record in leading automated testing strategies for S/4HANA.
Experience managing teams during UAT, SIT, and other testing phases.
Knowledge of industry-standard testing tools like UI Path and Tricentis, and applying best practices.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and testing outcomes.
Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA testing methodologies, across agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery models.
Experience in change and deployment pipeline management.
Skilled in collaborating with technical teams, integrators, and business stakeholders to define test goals and deliver actionable reporting.
Contributes to shaping testing strategy and quality culture within the organization.
Strong systems thinking, understanding how components interact across the SAP landscape.
Excellent communicator, able to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong influencing and motivational skills to drive collaboration and shared success.

Desirable Skills

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) in the context of SAP deployments and performance tuning.
Familiarity with AI and machine learning in testing, such as predictive issue detection.
Expertise in performance testing tools like LoadRunner, JMeter, with a focus on scalability and optimization.
Knowledge of security testing and SAP compliance standards.
Relevant SAP certifications, especially in S/4HANA, SAP Testing, or SAP Cloud.
Understanding of test environment best practices, including test data management and deployment strategy.
