As an

Active Schools Assistant

, you will play a key role in taking a child-centred approach to work with young people, either through 1-2-1 work, small group provision or supporting PE classes. This will be a varied and evolving remit, guided by the school, however the importance of positive relationships and using sport and physical activity for positive change will remain at the core.

Key Responsibilities:

Take a child-centred approach to activity provision Support children's rights and advocate for children Work collaboratively with school staff, Sport Aberdeen colleagues, local partners, and young people to evolve provision
