THE ROLEAs a SaaS Solutions Adviser, you will play a critical role in driving successful client outcomes by serving as the key link between customers, internal Product, Project, and Services teams. This role demands a deep understanding of SaaS solutions, a proven track record with Temenos software implementations, and exceptional communication skills to bridge technical and business perspectives.OPPORTUNITIES

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients,
building strong, long-term relationships by deeply understanding their business needs
and translating them into product requirements.
  • Product Expertise: Leverage your extensive knowledge of Temenos software
to guide clients through the deployment, customization, and optimization of their
solutions.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to define and document business
requirements, ensuring alignment with product capabilities and best practices.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Project Management,
and Services teams to ensure seamless implementation, delivery, and support of SaaS
solutions.
  • Requirements Gathering: Lead discovery sessions to capture detailed
functional and technical requirements, aligning them with product roadmaps.
  • Project Oversight: Support project teams in managing timelines, scope, and
client expectations, ensuring successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Training and Enablement: Conduct user training and workshops,
empowering clients to maximize the value of their SaaS solutions.
  • Feedback Loop: Provide structured feedback to Product teams, influencing
the strategic direction of the product based on customer insights and emerging trends.
  • Thought Leadership: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive
landscape, and best practices to guide clients effectively.
SKILLS
  • You should have Experience: 5-10+ years in a customer-facing consulting role, with a strong focus on SaaS and enterprise software.
  • Temenos Expertise: Hands-on experience with Temenos software implementations is a must.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Project Management: Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
  • Technical Acumen: Ability to grasp complex software architectures and translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Customer Focus: A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting client relationships.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed to support customer engagements.
