Safeguarding Administrator

Are you looking for a role where your administrative skills directly support the protection and wellbeing of others?

We are excited to offer this new opportunity as a Safeguarding Administrator where you will play a key role in providing essential administrative support to ensure safeguarding processes are well-documented, efficiently coordinated, and handled with the utmost confidentiality.

In this role you will:

Support the Safeguarding Officer in implementing the safeguarding quality improvement actions as outlined in the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) To support the Safeguarding Manager in the management of the administration. Provide high-quality administrative support to the safeguarding team. Maintain accurate and up-to-date safeguarding records and documentation. Manage confidential information in line with data protection and safeguarding policies. Assist with the preparation of reports, audits, and compliance documentation. Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard to support the smooth running of safeguarding procedures.

What you will bring:

Experience of working within the Education Sector and knowledge of Safeguarding/child protection The ability to respond well to a changing environment The ability to use initiative to deal with telephone calls and staff queries in a professional manner A calm and professional approach, with the ability to handle potentially distressing or sensitive information appropriately. The relevant skills needed in administration, such as good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
