Job Description
The contribution of the health role will include:
To attend strategy meetings and ICPCs Undertake home visits to complete Health Needs Assessments for children and families Confidently challenge partners when threshold of risk is not appropriate to safeguard the child/adult. To participate in daily Strategy discussions when a child is at imminent risk of harm. To take forward any daily actions To ensure a holistic health assessment is completed prior to ICPC attendance To support in the delivery of Safeguarding training within the locality as required To be a safeguarding peer supervisor for the 0-19 team To produce information for inclusion within the safeguarding annual report To co-ordinate and support the delegation of work to the skill mix safeguarding team.
