Your role in \xe2\x80\x98better\xe2\x80\x99

• Take inbound contacts from customers wanting to discuss their restriction or remove their Self Exclusion
• Undertake thorough and accurate risk assessment when customers trigger on internal controls and offer appropriate support to the customer
• Act as a subject matter expert in the field of safer gambling
• Proactively identify unusual and potential fraudulent behaviours and undertake the appropriate escalations
• Strong desire to support customers and their behaviours, which may involve vulnerable customers

• Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail
• A confident and clear telephone manner with the ability to discuss sensitive topics and agree corrective actions with customers
• The ability to digest information and present findings in a clear and concise way
• The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and proactively manage your own workload
• A strong desire to support customers in their behaviours and will to do the right thing

Salary: \xc2\xa325,000 pro rata This is a permanent part time contract, working 16-20hrs per week to support on weekends and evenings. Candidates must be able to work at least 1 full weekend day (8hrs) . Weekend shifts can fall any time between 8am and 9pm. Evening shifts start from 5pm until 9pm Candidates must be able to commit to full time training for the initial few weeks. Candidates need to be located within commutable distance to the Leeds office as the initial training will include office based learning.
