We are now looking for an

enthusiastic and driven Sage Intacct Technician

to join our team and play a key role in delivering impactful Cloud ERP solutions.

Role Overview



As part of our dedicated team of skilled professionals, you will ensure our ERP and financial accounting solutions deliver real business value to clients.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead or assist with Sage Intacct implementations. Collaborate with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to understand client requirements. Provide configuration and customisation expertise. Support data migration and testing activities. Design and deliver training packages for successful deployments. Act as a primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring client success.
Post-implementation support and internal knowledge sharing are also part of the role. Occasional travel to client sites will be required.

Experience & Skills



Project management or consultancy experience is advantageous. Familiarity with native cloud SaaS solutions is desirable. Experience with Sage ERP products (or similar) is highly valuable. Training delivery experience would be beneficial.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to build productive relationships with stakeholders. Impeccable presentation skills and high integrity. Self-motivated, dynamic, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Capacity to manage multiple projects and client relationships. Excellent IT skills.
Training and support will be provided, and you'll work within a well-established, collaborative team.

Additional Information



This role is primarily home-based, with occasional visits to our offices in Derby, Sutton Coldfield, or Cramlington, and client sites as required. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 35,000.00-50,000.00 per year
