Salaried GP Parklands Surgery, Chichester Contract type:

Salaried GP (minimum 6 sessions per week) Salary: Dependent on experience Location: Parklands Surgery, Chichester Start date: November/December 2025 (earlier start can be discussed) About Us Parklands Surgery is a well-established, busy GP practice located in the centre of Chichester. We are a supportive, friendly, and forward-thinking team committed to delivering high-quality care to our patients. Our multidisciplinary team currently includes: 3 GP Partners 2 Salaried Doctors 1 GP Registrar 6 Nurses 2 Paramedics 3 Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) We also have a strong administrative and management team to support clinical staff. The Practice uses TPP SystmOne clinical software.



The Role We are seeking a Salaried GP to join our practice for a minimum of six sessions per week. The successful candidate will be expected to provide high-quality, patient-centred clinical care, working collaboratively with the wider practice team to meet the needs of our diverse patient population. You will be self-motivated, flexible, and keen to take part in all aspects of practice life. Key Responsibilities Provide general medical services to patients in line with contractual and professional requirements Undertake a share of clinical and administrative duties, including results, repeat prescriptions, and correspondence Participate in duty doctor/on-call rota as agreed Contribute to QOF achievement and other quality initiatives Support the training and development of staff, including medical students and GP trainees Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic patient care Attend and contribute to clinical and practice meetings What We Offer Competitive salary (dependent on experience) NHS Pension scheme Free onsite parking Blue Light Card membership Local discounted gym membership scheme Supportive team environment with regular clinical meetings Opportunities for professional development Requirements Fully qualified GP with GMC registration and licence to practise On (or eligible for inclusion on) the NHS England GP Performers List Commitment to patient-centred care and evidence-based practice Ability to work effectively as part of a team Flexible and adaptable approach Additional Information Successful candidates will be required to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
