The ARRS funding has created an opportunity for a GP who has qualified within the last 2 years to gain some experience working in our supportive and very friendly PCN practices in Sandwell and West Birmingham (Central Health Partnership) PCNMain duties of the jobWe are a very highly performing and highly collaborative PCN. We would ensure a newly qualified GP has a full induction, mentoring with a senior GP, as well as pro-rata protected CPD and admin time weekly.About usOur PCN consists of 7 practices across Sandwell and west Birmingham with over 57,000 weighted population. The purpose of this PCNs is to enable GP practices to work together in a collaborative way to develop and deliver network-based services that respond to the needs of the local population.Job descriptionJob responsibilitiesWe are looking for up to 9 sessions. You will be working across more than one site, you will have a main host practice and a named GP at each site for advice and support.Person SpecificationQualificationsEssential
