(Salaried) Practice Nurse needed in Shropshire
We are working on a fantastic Permanent Practice Nurse position, working for a flexible and well-established Primary Care services provider based at one of their sites in Shropshire (SY7).
The surgery is ideally seeking cover for 3 days per week, flexible with the days (08:00-18:30), but will consider the PN\'s availability.
You\'ll be working as part of the Healthcare team providing personal medical services across their site. This will include chronic disease management, treatments and dressings, immunisations, health screening and health promotion.
You will be expected to be available and commence ASAP.
