We are seeking an enthusiastic person to provide a high level of customer service through accurate sales order processing. The role would be to process orders from our retail accounts, communicate with our customer via telephone and email, also liaise with Roman's production team and our couriers. The successful candidate will receive full product training and will be keen to develop themselves and learn new skills. Ultimately the role responsible to the Sales & Customer Relations Manager
Key Tasks
? Key to this role is to ensure that all customer contact is handled professionally, courteously and efficiently, with the responsibility of being proactive.
? Deliver high levels of service with minimal supervision
? Be able to work in a team effectively, support colleagues and promote team spirit
? Excellent literacy, numeracy and verbal communication skills
? Accurate IT skills
? The ideal candidate should have the ability to communicate on a variety of levels, and comfortable working independently and efficiently and within time frames
? Communicating with other departments within the business
Experience
? Have good IT skills which include Microsoft Access, Excel and Word
? Good understanding of business
? Excellent organisational skills
? A good communicator and listener
? A strong team player
Hours of Work
Monday to Thursday 8.45 a.m. to 4.45 p.m. Friday 8.45 a.m. to 2.45 p.m.
