Taking responsibility for the effective running of our online auction processes the successful SALEROOM MANAGER will be dynamic, confident and experienced enough to -

Manage small teams of auction porters, team leaders and supervisors in their own roles of processing incoming stock, photographing and lot set up, customer hand-out and despatch for delivery

Deliver tool-box talks and other training requirements across the site

Support and develop team members by frequent monitoring, appraisal and recognition

Uphold all health, safety and other policies on site to comply with our standards of operating

Oversee the management of our Courier department

Assist Site Management with stock allocation, monitoring and reporting

Oversee contractor relationships

Support our Customer Service team with complaint escalations / customer refund authorisations.

Lead and drive achievement of site KPIs and operational targets, ensuring alignment with business objectives through effective team management, process optimization, and performance monitoring.
