The opportunity
We're looking for a Relationship Executive / Account Manager to join the Doodlebone team.
Your mission? Turn our trade customers into lifelong fans. You'll build and nurture relationships, understand what makes each customer tick, and help them grow their business - which in turn helps us grow ours. You'll be spotting opportunities, suggesting the right products, and ultimately driving sales.

What we're looking for
Essential:
Proven experience in customer service and/or account management.
Solid B2B sales experience (retail or pet sector a big plus).
A proactive, friendly communication style and a knack for building strong relationships.
Confidence with financial management (pricing, margins, targets).
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle priorities.
Strong IT skills (Office 365, ERP systems, data analysis).
Project management experience - working across teams to make things happen.
A clean driving licence.
Nice to have (but not a deal breaker):
Sales training (e.g., Sandler or similar).
Experience in the pet sector and a handy black book of industry contacts.
Further education (A Levels, BTEC, Degree in a business-related discipline).
