Sales Account

Executive

. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with key customers, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Day-to-day responsibilities will centre around developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers, qualifying prospects, and maximising business potential. You will work in collaboration with key internal stakeholders (Sales, Procurement, Planning, and Product Development Teams) crafting tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of each customer account with an ethos to exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities



Account Management:

Managing a portfolio of existing B2B accounts, building strong relationships, and identifying opportunities for growth.

Sales Generation:

Generating new business through prospecting, lead generation, and building relationships with potential customers.

Product Knowledge:

Maintaining a strong understanding of our existing nutraceutical products, formats, and product benefits.

Sales Planning:

Developing and implementing sales strategies, forecasting sales, and tracking performance against targets.

Customer Relationship Management:

Providing excellent customer service, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and account growth.

Reporting and Analysis:

Regularly reporting on sales performance, market trends, and account activity.

Collaboration:

Working effectively with internal teams, including Marketing, Product Development, Procurement, Planning, and Product Development to support customer needs.

Market Research:

Staying up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations.
This position has been established to attract highly skilled candidates. The role of

Sales Account Executive

is multifaceted and requires both industry-specific qualifications and technical abilities. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:

Formal Education:



Ideally, A degree or appropriate qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience



Ideally, experience in nutraceutical or pharmaceutical sales, with a track record of maintaining client relationships, strategy development, sales forecasting, driving growth and securing new business opportunities. Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (Salesforce) with ability to manage accounts, track sales, and report on performance.

Sales and Account Management:

Experience in managing accounts, building relationships, and driving sales growth.

Customer Service Orientation:

A focus on providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships.

Strategic Perspective:

Ability to develop and implement long-term sales strategies
