The Role
We're hiring a commercially sharp
Account Executive
to own the sales journey from first contact through to signed deal.
You'll walk into:
A warm pipeline of qualified leads
Active outbound campaigns (run by our SDR and marketing team)
Clear systems for pricing, proposal writing, and delivery scoping
Your job is to convert conversations into commercial wins -- building trust quickly, scoping the right offer, and driving to close with clarity and pace.
This is not a "demo and deck" sales role. It's consultative, strategic, and outcomes-led. You'll be speaking to senior decision-makers under pressure -- and helping them move forward with confidence.
Responsibilities
Lead & Close Sales
Take ownership of qualified leads and drive them to close
Run sharp discovery calls to surface risk, urgency, and value
Present our offer credibly -- tailored to political, planning, and commercial contexts
Manage the sales pipeline end-to-end in
HubSpot
Work directly with the founders to define scope and pricing where needed
Write Sharp Proposals
Draft commercially persuasive, clean, strategic proposals using existing templates
Push for decision -- not "think about it and come back"
Adjust and tailor offers to reflect the realities of risk, influence, and timing on each project
Own & Optimise the Pipeline
Maintain visibility and control across HubSpot, with clean forecasting
Track and report performance weekly -- no black boxes
Refine targeting, positioning, and pricing with the founders and SDR to improve win rate and average deal size
Outreach & Opportunity Creation
Collaborate with the SDR and marketing team to expand reach within strategic accounts
Nurture relationships with past and current clients for referrals and repeat business
Proactively hunt for new business -- using insight, not spam
