As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and analysing market trends to identify new opportunities. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients will be crucial in achieving our business objectives.

Responsibilities



Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and market research. Utilise Salesforce to track sales activities, manage client accounts, and report on performance metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services. Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts while ensuring alignment with company policies. Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale, addressing any concerns or queries promptly.

Qualifications



Proven experience in a sales role, preferably as an Account Executive or similar position. Strong proficiency in CRM software is highly desirable. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members. Exceptional analytical skills, with the capability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for building relationships. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous but not essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 15.00-17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
