An exciting opportunity has arisen working within our Sales team for the industry leaders in Vacuum Excavation with the UK's largest fleet based in Newton-le-Willows. We're looking for a hard-working, determined and self-motivated individual who isn't afraid to try new things and challenge themselves. Ability to deliver great sales results and delivering first class customer service is very important to our organization. The ideal candidate will have consistent work ethic and a proven track record in sales.
Responsibilities
Managing current Customer Accounts
Generating business via inbound and outbound calls and email enquiries
Managing the sales process from start to finish
Retaining records of all calls, conversations, and sales leads on CRM
Good organisational skills to manage own workload
A proven record of proactive sales experiences along with hitting targets
Handle customer queries & complaints
Listening to the customers needs to generate repeat sales
Creating quotations and confirmations of orders on CRM software
Reporting to Sales Supervisor and Sales Manager
Weekly 121 meetings
Skills required:
Previous experience in a sales role is essential
Confidence and enthusiasm
Determination to succeed in sales
Attention to detail
Active listening skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Able to work under pressure
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Effective team working
Multi-tasking, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines would be essential
