Role Summary:
The Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You'll serve as a key contact between the customer and our internal teams and production, helping to drive sales and ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts in the lighting and electrical industry
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with architects, designers, contractors, and distributors
Provide product recommendations and technical support tailored to client needs
Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and project satisfaction
Track project timelines, quotes, and order status
Attend trade shows, client meetings, and industry events as needed
Stay updated on product lines, market trends, and competitive activity
Ideal person:
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meet sales goals
Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales tools (sage desirable)
Self-motivated, organised, and solution-oriented
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
