We are pleased to be recruiting for a Sales Account Manager to join a well-established business based in Hemel Hempstead on a full-time, permanent basis. The Account Manager will be responsible for helping to aid the growth of this sector of the business.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with sales experience, this could be within sales, account management, telemarketing or even a customer service role that involves upselling.

This position offers the fantastic opportunity of hybrid working (In the Maylands Estate Area) working, Monday to Friday. Hours being 8:30am \xe2\x80\x93 5pm. With a salary of \xc2\xa325,000 plus an OTE of \xc2\xa335K +

Duties include:

  • Regularly interacting with customers to help them through their journey with the business.
  • Brokering deals for all customers within the portfolio, including renewal business.
  • Keeping on top of all sales opportunities, through varying means of CRM structure and self-organisation.
  • Maintain a high volume of outbound calls. This will be assisted by a daily period of \xe2\x80\x98hot-desking\xe2\x80\x99, where the focus is solely on making calls, and not to immerse in anything considered admin.
  • Updating the internal CRM system with accurate and relevant customer call information for the processing team to use when organising quotes.
  • Regular interaction is required with the rest of the team to ensure up-to-date pricing is provided to the customer.
