Role Description



Are you a proactive sales professional with a passion for building long-term customer relationships? At Weldit, we're looking for a driven Sales Account Manager to join our team in Luton, focused on maintaining and growing our valued customer base.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a client-facing role and enjoys the challenge of delivering tailored solutions while uncovering new opportunities for business growth.

Responsibilities:



Account Management



Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing clients Understand customer needs and provide bespoke product and service solutions Manage timelines, pricing, and follow-ups to ensure smooth delivery and repeat business

Sales Growth



Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and through outreach Promote value-added products and services to increase order value Build strong client relationships through regular contact and project updates

Collaboration & Reporting



Work closely with production to ensure specifications and deadlines are met Share customer insights with marketing and product teams Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular updates on pipeline and performance

Hours: 8.30am-5pm Mon-Fri



Salary: 35,000 per annum



Holiday: 20 days per year plus Bank Holidays



Requirements:



Proven experience in sales or account management (B2B preferred) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Results-driven approach and a track record of hitting sales targets

Desirable:



Background in architectural ironmongery, building products, or the print industry Familiarity with project-based sales and client lifecycle management Experience using CRM systems and quoting software
