Role Summary
We're looking for a dedicated, process-minded Sales Account Manager who excels in operational consistency and structured outreach. This role is ideal for someone who prefers working behind the scenes, managing workflows and pipelines with precision, and steadily building a book of business through diligence and persistence, not charisma.
Core Responsibilities
Pipeline Development:
Proactively generate, qualify, and manage new leads through structured outreach strategies, including cold and warm calling, email sequences, and CRM task management.
Follow-Up and Re-Engagement:
Systematically follow up with prospects, especially no-shows or cancellations, using templated frameworks and automation tools where appropriate.
Metrics and Reporting:
Record, monitor, and report daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics; track sales activity against KPIs to identify patterns and optimise future outreach.
Process Adherence:
Operate within a well-defined sales process; flag and help iterate improvements that can make our approach more efficient and effective.

Preferred Background
At least 1 year in a structured sales, business development, or customer-facing role
Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
Strong written and verbal communication skills (clarity over persuasion)
