Ribchester, PR3 3XL | Full-Time | 28,000-30,000 + Uncapped Bonus | Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

Your Position



As an Account Manager, you will work closely with the Sales Manager to grow a sustainable and profitable account base. Key parts of the role include acting as a point of contact for customers, discussing their requirements, providing technical advice and negotiating price.

To be successful in this position, candidates will need to be proactive, organised and eager to exceed targets. We require you to have excellent communication skills, persistence and the ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced environment.

Ideally, you will have a background in sales, and an existing knowledge of computer hardware is advantageous, although not essential. Furthermore, it is important that you are comfortable approaching customers with the goal of building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships.

Your Responsibilities



Overseeing the sale of refurbished enterprise IT hardware (e.g. servers, workstations, switches). Communicating with clients to highlight product value and ascertain their needs. Negotiating prices, sending quotes and closing sales. Liaising with internal departments as appropriate to manage orders to completion Maximising value on new leads gained through inbound channels (email, phone etc) Utilising old leads to re-establish relationships with dormant customers and lapsed accounts (outbound calls, networking, marketing campaigns etc) Arranging and attending introductory customer meetings via phone and video call. Updating and maintaining the CRM. Analysing data to identify trends within our industry/customer base. Keeping abreast of new hardware developments.

What We're Looking For



B2B sales experience (preferably in the technology industry) Proven track record of exceeding sales targets Commercial acumen Exceptional verbal and written communication Professional yet affable disposition Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally Excellent computer skills, especially MS Office and ERP/CRM software A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn

Location & Working Hours



Our facility is based in the beautiful village of Ribchester. Due to limited public transport, having your own transport is recommended.
