We're looking for a motivated, experienced
Sales & Account Manager
to join our close knit team. This is a full time role focused on driving new business growth, delivering customer onboarding, and building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Conversion
Handle new sales enquiries from our website, email campaigns, and referrals.
Qualify prospects, understand their challenges, and showcase how Alert Cascade can help.
Lead web-based demos, follow up, and guide prospects through to close.
Customer Onboarding (Non-Technical)
Manage the post-sale handover and onboarding process (technical setup handled separately).
Deliver account walkthroughs to new customers and set them up for success.
Collaborate with the technical team to coordinate setup.
Account Management & Growth
Serve as the main point of contact for your assigned clients.
Proactively manage renewals, upsell opportunities, and usage reviews.
Identify opportunities for expanding product adoption within existing accounts.
Internal Collaboration
Provide insights to the marketing team on lead quality and conversion patterns.
Capture and share customer feedback with product and technical teams to improve the user experience.
Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline status, and accurate forecasting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience in SaaS sales, account management, or B2B customer success.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
A self-starter who enjoys working independently in a small, agile team.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Experience working with CRM tools, and able to consistently follow processes.
Desirable (But Not Essential)
Familiarity with business continuity or emergency communication platforms.
Experience working with public sector clients.
Understanding of GDPR or compliance-driven sales environments.
