We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to manage and grow our portfolio of commercial company clients. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and skilled at building lasting relationships while achieving sales targets. This role will be mainly working from home and in London areas.
Duties
Manage and develop relationships with assigned commercial clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and through new client acquisition.
Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products/services.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales/account management, preferably with commercial clients.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of property Maintenance is a must
Commission scheme

Pay: 30,000.00-40,000.00 per year
